About Suzy

Suzy Pease was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. She obtained her Bachelor of Studio Art from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and received her teaching degree from Westfield State College.

Her work is inspired by marine life. All her pieces are free modeled by hand and constructed with fluidity and balance. She strives to capture the true essence of being using stunning poses that are fun, yet natural, and often majestic. Through the creation of her animated characters, she emphasizes expression, emotion, and movement.  Suzy loves to capture a moment in time.  She enjoys exploring the state of curiosity, divinity, growth, and natural beauty. Through her creative process, her innovative works exude a dynamic, yet delicate presence; each commanding a unique power of its own.
