Eligibility
Members’ Show 2025 is open to artists who are current members of Florida CraftArt (FCA) with active memberships through March 20, 2025. Note you do not need to live in Florida to be a member! Guest Judge
Members’ Show 2025 awards will be selected by guest judge Matthew Drennan Wicks. Wicks has been nationally and internationally recognized for his ceramic and non-ceramic-based sculpture. His work discusses a process-based exploration of traditional craft in a contemporary context that highlights specific domestic materials, the collapsing of historical stereotypes, and the intrinsic properties of craft materials such as clay, fibers, and glass. He holds a BFA from The University of Montana, a post-baccalaureate degree in Craft from Oregon College of Art and Craft, and an MFA from the University of South Florida. Wicks is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Tampa and is the founder and curator of Psychic Jacuzzi, an online platform that showcases the work of emerging and established contemporary artists.
Entry Fee
$30 for up to 5 works.

Submission Deadline: Sunday, January 5, 2025 at 11:59pm EST
Acceptance Notification via Email: Friday, January 10, 2025
Signed Exhibition Contract due: Friday, January 24, 2025.
Artwork Receiving:
- In person: Wednesday, January 22; Thursday, January 23; or Friday, January 24, 2025 between 10:30am and 5:00pm. (No appointment needed.)
- Shipping: Must be received by Wednesday, January 22, 2025. (Artist is responsible for incoming and outgoing shipping costs.)
Exhibition Dates: February 1 – March 20, 2025
Opening Reception & Award Announcements: Saturday, February 8 at 6-8pm (Awards at 6:30pm)
People’s Choice Award announced (online): Friday, March 21, 2025
Artwork Pick-Up:
- In person: Friday, March 21 or Saturday, March 22, 2025 between 10:30am and 5:00pm, or Sunday, March 23, 2025 between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. (No appointment needed.)
- Shipping: Artwork will be shipped back within 10 days of the close of the exhibition, once artist has paid for return shipping costs.
Awards
- First Place: $250
- Second Place: $150
- Third Place: $100
- People’s Choice Award (announced after close of exhibition): $50 FCA gift certificate
