What we fear can tell us much about ourselves. The 38 artists included in Florida CraftArt’s most recent exhibition, Ghost Stories, explore more than their own terrors but also offer images that reflect our collective anxieties and even fantastic views into worlds beyond our perception.

Known internationally as an art glass master, Duncan McClellan has blown many decades’ worth of glass vessels for the use in his sandblasted, graphic-imaged art. Now, these vessels are the bases for nationally recognized craft artisans to incorporate into their own signature mediums, creating innovative new pieces.

Florida CraftArt presents The Artists of ArtLofts in its Exhibition Gallery from January 6 to January 15. The 18 award-winning and emerging artists will present recent artwork which includes drawings, encaustic, fiber, frames, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, and sculpture.

Art-quilts created by 29 members of the Studio Art Quilt Associates, Inc. (SAQA). The show is a project of SAQA’s Florida Region, in cooperation with these Gulf regions: Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. It will travel to five additional venues in Florida, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas through summer 2023.

Art of the Garden – Fine craft inspired by the natural beauty of gardens is a juried exhibition at Florida CraftArt showcasing the best of handcrafted work by 50 artists who created 92 pieces from delicate jewelry, fiber art, and ceramic garden sculptures.
